THE PENNY

IS FIXING OUR ROADS

Approved by voters in Nov. 2023, Spartanburg County’s six-year capital penny sales tax will raise an estimated $478 million for 577 road, bridge, and infrastructure projects, prioritizing addressing deadly and unsafe intersections, improving pothole-filled corridors, and repaving high-use roadways across the county.
